Brendon Prince is circumnavigating mainland Britain on a stand up paddle board to raise awareness of ocean safety in what is called 'The Long Paddle'.
Beau managed to paddle out with Brendon on day three into his 90 day challenge to chat about how he is feeling, his motivation behind the challenge and the safety equipment he is using. We spent over an hour on the water with Brendon and he is such a down to earth character who is doing this for the love of the ocean and those who enjoy it.
Brendon is also raising funds to produce a water safety app where users play a game to learn about the potential dangers at the beach. You can donate and read more about this on The Long Paddle website and you can also learn more, track and support Brendon and the crew.

Brendon’s board is the SIC Bullet and he is using Blackfish paddles. He also aims to cover 60-80km per day depending on the weather.
