Brendon has just completed a SUP record, paddling from Land's End to John O'Groats (well, he actually started in Torbay, Devon).
We caught up with Brendon just before he reached the most Northern tip of Scotland to discuss how he is feeling, some of the highlights so far and how he is staying fit and healthy after lengthy days on the water.
Brendon is conducting The Long Paddle to raise awareness for water safety, men’s health and our marine environment. He is also raising funds to produce a water safety app where users play a game to learn about the potential dangers at the beach.
