April Zilg set herself a 34th birthday challenge to paddle 34 miles in 24 hours, plus ticking off a few house projects. Happy Birthday April!
April is a world class SUP racer and she set herself the task of paddling a mile an hour (or two) in 24 hours for her 34th birthday. She also went the extra mile (excuse the pun) to work on house projects during her 24 hours as well.
April tasked herself with this challenge to step out of the ordinary and learn more about who she is and how she operates. Covering a 24 hour period means you can track how you feel, how you react to situations, your moments of focus or lapse in concentration and learn how to overcome challenges.
Happy Birthday April and well done on your achievement!
