In this SUPboarder video we review a board from another UK brand that have started gaining popularity in Europe and around the world… Sandbanks Style. With their competitive prices and well put together iSUP packages, Sandbanks Style have been getting many of you on the water already this year. The Sandbanks Style Sport’s Touring 12′ is a board that many intermediate SUPers could look at to paddle faster and go on those mini adventures with. It’s definitely not a board setup for full on touring. But for light touring and fast cruising it could be a good choice for many paddlers.

- Nice overall package/pump/bag/leash.- A fast and comfortable shape to paddle.- Stiffer than some more expensive boards.- Easy to pump up and pack away.

- Like all 6' boards lighter paddlers might not enjoy it compared to thinner boards.- An extra handle and tail bungees would make this board more of a touring board.

Buy if... you want to paddle faster and further, but still want a board that is a sensible price. Ideally you should weigh 65-95kg.

The glide on this board is exceptionally good – and that’s because of its hydrodynamic shaping.

The glide and wave performance on the Sports Touring iSUP is so good that paddling champion Sally Newman and her dog Tally took 2nd place in the challenging Ex-Hammer Race in very choppy conditions on the 2017 model of this board. Sally & Tally, you’re our heroes!
