What the brand says
“Touring board”
Black Witch is your ultimate touring board. Lots of attachment points make this the best pick for longer paddles and exploration trips. In addition to the bungee cords to hold the packing in the front and back, the board also has D-ring pairs that enable the use of tensioning straps.
Black Witch does not only have phenomenal water properties, it is also equipped with many handle which makes the board easy to bring on a boat, on a jetty or use at a beach. The new 25 cm long shoulder strap makes it easy to carry with you and always keeps the board balanced.
It is incredibly versatile and can be used as an active family board, outdoor board and as an exercise board.
Hello.
How would you compare the Black Witch to the Starboard Touring 14×30 (or the 14×28) in terms of glide, tracking and stability?
Many greetings
André
Good question. These boards will feel very close on the water. The Starboard I believe is a little lighter so it will have a quicker pick up speed. The starboard overall has a slighter higher build quality. But I would be happy to paddle and own both boards.
Black Cat is insolvent.
Yes we did hear this. It’s a real shame because they made really good boards.
