The organisers of the SUP 11 Islands Challenge have officially confirmed the 2026 event dates and opened registrations for what promises to be one of the year’s standout paddle adventures.
Scheduled for 30 November – 7 December 2026, the SUP11 Islands Challenge returns to Koh Chang, Thailand, offering a compelling blend of endurance racing and tropical exploration. Inspired by the iconic Dutch 11-City Tour, SUP11 X blends competitive distance paddling with travel-style island hopping across warm, clear waters, making it a unique experience for both seasoned racers and adventure-minded paddlers.
The multi-day event typically features daily stages averaging around 25 kilometres, challenging paddlers’ stamina while delivering stunning scenic routes between islands, beaches and bays. Earlier participants describe the event as more than a race — a true exploration that fosters community and connection among paddlers from around the world.
Founders and repeat paddlers alike emphasise the event’s welcoming ethos: “come as a person, leave as a family,” reflecting the blend of competition, camaraderie and seaside adventure that has become SUP11 X’s hallmark.
With limited entry spots and an increasingly international field, interest in the 2026 SUP11 Islands Challenge is building quickly. Registrations are underway now for paddlers looking to secure their place in what organisers hope will be the biggest edition yet.
