The 2025 India Paddle Festival is coming up soon, taking place in Mangalore from the 7th - 9th March, 2025. As part of the APP World Tour, this event showcases the unique culture and landscape of India, alongside solidifying the growth of SUP around the world.
After a spectacular first year edition in 2024 that saw breakout performances by Fernando Perez Serra, Christian Anderson and Antonio Morillo and of course a dominant performance from Espe Barreras in the Women’s division, the India Paddle Festival is back for another exciting event to kick off the racing year.
Held in the beautiful coastal City of Mangalore, the India Paddle Festival is much more than an event: it is a completely unique experience that showcases the unique culture and landscape in this southwestern corner of India and provides an incredibly warm welcome to all those who visit.
From a competitive standpoint, the event features a unique mix of river and ocean conditions, as the long distance brings the athletes in and out through the surf, then through the river mouth into the stunning waterway that awaits them for a completely different challenge before returning to the surf zone for a dramatic finish.
The Surf Sprint racing provides an epic arena for spectators to engage and for this exciting format to come to life up close and personal.
