The Molokai 2 Oahu paddle race has again been cancelled due to COVID for 2021. But do not fear, there will be a virtual race and possibly a race on Oahu for those that can safely make it.
The 2021 M2O Virtual Edition 2.0 is to be launched later this month for paddlers interested in participating globally. The organisers are also exploring a downwind 16-mile race on Oahu the weekend of July 25, 2021 for paddlers who can travel safely to Hawaii.
So get training to compete virtually if you’re not on the island this year and hopefully we can look forward to the race’s return in 2022.
More information to follow shortly.
