Full of really interesting and useful information. I watch these videos, pick stuff up, go out and practice and come back to them weeks or months later. Some of what’s in them I half or three quarters know and they help me get my head round the rest.
An enjoyable and big part of my surfing education.
Thanks guys……. For helping me get the best out of my boards.
Glad you are finding the tips helpful.
These videos tutorials have helped me progress from never been on a paddleboard to catching waves with in a month so keep up the good works guys
So great to hear this Gareth! Keep up the progression. Hope to see you in the water someday.
Yeah definitely beau
Hi, firstly great videos and I’ve learnt loads from them, so thank you. Just a basic question what is considered a long board sup? I now ride a fanatic all wave 9’2” having gone down from a 9’ 8” ride.
thanks
sash
Hi Sash, thanks for the comment. A longboard SUP is generally defined as having a rounded nose and can be used for nose riding. They can be from 9ft long, but sometimes there are some smaller ones like the Infinity New Deal. Your Fanatic All Wave, although the size might be right, it’s not set up for nose riding. You can still walk the board on it and learn all of the longboard skills, but nose riding will be more difficult. Thanks!
