For the SUP Racers it currently includes in-depth modules on Flatwater, Technical, Ocean and Downwind as well as specific training plans for specific races and goals. For Foilers it includes a step by step guide on how to Downwind SUP Foil using a paddle, wing a ding, boat/jet ski and waves to assist your progression.
