At 11 ft high and 34 inches wide, the Reef Cruiser offers fantastic stability and glide. Hydrodynamic shaping, including a rocker at the nose for wave performance, allows the Reef Cruiser to cut through the water. The 11ft length of the board gives the Reef Cruiser impressive straight-line tracking, as well as excellent buoyancy – making it straightforward to carry a passenger. The Reef Cruiser’s extra width makes this iSUP very stable, enabling easy cruising.
The board is really stable. I was struggling with the 32″ Ultimate (which I can now manage) as I have had a complete knee replacement and all the balance work was being done by my right leg. Even though I can now happily manage the Ultimate Art 32, I think I prefer the wider board as it is less tiring. Also, as you mentioned in your review, I feel I may be more able to move my feet around on the more stable board to aid my learning.
