SUPboarder makes the move to support long time reader, Gavin Symonds, in paddling the SUP 11 City Tour in 2022, along with numerous UK SUP race events.
Gavin Symonds has been involved with SUPboarder Head To Head testing over the past years with the Inflatable Touring Test & Paddle Test. During this time, we’ve gotten to know Gavin and his SUP goals for 2022.
Gavin won the Great Glen SUP Challenge in 2021 for the inflatable SUP division and this year has plans to conquer the SUP 11 City Tour, a 5-day 220km race through the waterways of the Netherlands. In order to achieve this goal, SUPboarder will be supporting Gavin with the best gear and access to training and coaching.
Gavin will be travelling across the UK competing in home events throughout the lead up to the SUP 11 City Tour and Gavin will be paddling for SUPboarder at each race.
