Chris Bertish is packing food for his 50 day wing foil crossing and talks us through his preparation. He plans for a 70 day backup of food (just in case) and breaks up his food packages into 5 day blocks.
Chris makes sure he gets enough protein, eats enough fruit and gets a lot of variety so his body can stay strong.
