They kept this one very quiet… but next weekend 5/6th April the ‘Welsh SUP Nationals’ will be held at Langland Bay in South Wales. This competition is being run by the Welsh Surfing Federation and will be a first ever competition to select a small team to represent Wales at the ISA Paddleboard World Championships in Nicaragua, in May 2014. This is fantastic for Wales and its SUP community, which already has some top SUP racers and SUP surfers.
So if you are in Wales and up for watching or taking part in this first ever event, then get yourself down to Langland Bay this weekend and be part of Welsh SUP history.
