Had to share my experience with the company: I never post to blogs about bad experiences. But felt obligated to do so in this one. I purchased a 2021 Blackfin XL for my wife for mothers day. Purchased it around 11pm on a Sunday evening. This was a gift of course, so I just picked a color that I thought would be best. I planned on asking her in the morning which color she wanted. I left a VM and emailed the company right after purchase and told them I would call up in the morning with the correct color. I then called at 9am on… Read more »
Hey Eric. hmm sorry to hear about your bad experience. I do know that many brands are working around the clock to sort customers orders and are very much at full capacity. But that shouldn’t be an excuse for not getting back to you asap and sorting the issue!
