Great review, Would be interesting to see a direct comparison to say the SIC RS and Infinity Blackfish flat deck. I have a dugout blackfish 24.5 but really fancy a wider flat deck for more “relaxed” fitness cruising or rougher conditions racing since my young son has declared my generation belongs to him.

Great review, are you still doing a comparison test between the Gen R/ Allstar and Sprint – If so when will it be available?

Ok, that’s great. I did a back to back test between the Allstar 14 x 24.5 and Gen R 14 x 25 on flatwater (small chop) a couple of weeks ago. Before the test I thought I would much prefer the Gen R (I have the 14 x 28 Allstar Airline) but the more time I spent on the Allstar the better it felt, my average speed was similar on both. Hoping your views will help me decide which one to go for 🙂 I am also hoping to test the Ocean One Edge 3 soon as it should compare… Read more »
