In this video I decide to take our reader Jim’s advice and fill these gaps with a glue gun stick melted into it. And I also discuss another comment from reader Colas, where he highlights a very interesting quote from Quobba fins regarding their fins and fluid dynamics.

You ruined your board. I will give you $500 You pay shipping 🙂
Take ginseng for your cold.It strengthens your immunity. It really works. Korean is supposed to be the best. I used to take Siberian ginseng pills but Amazon doesnt sell anymore.
Very cool idea! The fin screw on my race board sticks up proud, and it bothers me every time. And I tell myself it doesn’t matter stop being anal about it! But even if the drag is negligible, I do wonder if it has a bigger effect of creating turbulence at the base of the fin.
I think the glue sticks I used are slightly narrower, as they just pushed in without any heat, and the hairdryer was used to smooth them flat with a large flat screwdriver and then a Stanley scraper

Yeah, I feel you. How bad is it? Anyway of reducing it?

Did I really just watch a video on waxing up the fin slots to go faster
O YES… you did LOL
I’m thinking a video on your telepathic skills and turning lights off is worth a go

Yeah good point. I didn’t think that they could be different sizes.
