So my first board is coming i end up getting a retrospec weekender 10′ inflatable stand up board, Would you say this is a ok board to start on also how long do you think i should stay on this board tell i move over to a hard board?, Not sure if i made a good choice but at the time of the order i had no idea how many types of board you can get so i guess you could call it a noob rider buy :). Great news i had zero issues ridding the board. I did fell off about three times but after that everything just started to click. Thank you Beau for all the help also input. I had so much fun i think for next summer i will just go get a hard board :).

I took my new Starboard surf deluxe 4.75 inch thick isup to Tofino in August. I stood up 5 or 6 times.Previously, I took 2 lessons and tried standing up for 3 seasons but never could.. This is a great learning board in my opinion. Far easier than the class prone long boards I tried .Very pricey but I can cross surfing off my bucket list now if I want and get back to the couch 🙂
