In the first Picnic and Paddle, we meet Mark and his daughter Amelie. Mark is Chef proprietor at La Fosse in Dorset in the South West of England. Here he teaches 14 year old Amelie (and us) how to make two different Asian broths – perfect for warming up after a dunk in the water!

Today, in our second Picnic and Paddle, we meet Purdy Giles and her friend Lucy. Purdy runs her own business, Purdy’s Punjabi Cuisine in Devon, UK. She business brings together her passion to combine cooking, connection and learning together. Purdy brings her heritage from the Punjabi region to create taste sensations and shows us how to cook vegan pakoras (also known as bhajis) and her very own special mint yoghurt dip. These delights make a perfect for tasty snack after any on the water activity!
