Amazing ! That was slick I have a Jimmy Lewis striker and I like it a lot . They have been making sup forever .
My next board is either a super frank or the new destroyer they just came out with . I would have loved for you guys to test that board and compare it to superfeank on similar volume . I have seen footage of a guy surfing it and it looked amazing .
Glad you like the Striker. The JL boards seem to really perform well. The destroyer looks like a good board and would be nice to compare to the Super Frank. Thanks for the comment.
Please test the destroyer . A lot of people are calling it a quiver killer . Here’s some guy surfing the 115 liter version . He says it’s his favorite board in the line up . I’d like to know how it stacks up against the super Franck .
I think this would be a great board to test. We will try and get it . Thanks Reuben

An 8’6″ x 32″ 141L Super Frank has been my primary board for the past year and it has been a blast! This board really shines in small, low period waves. It is incredibly playful and makes small, junky waves a joy. I will say that I find the Super Frank becomes a little squirrely when the waves get above shoulder high. I am looking at replacing my board with a Super Frank that has a little less volume. I can go with either an 8’6″ x 30.5″ at 130L or 8′ x 31.5″ at 127L. Beau or Reuben, can… Read more »
Hi Scott, thanks for the question. Glad you are loving the Super Frank! We were impressed with it during the Head to Head tests. You are looking at the perfect volumed and sized boards to step down to for your progression. The main difference you will notice in dropping width, but keeping the same length is the amount of speed you will gain. Going narrower will drop a significant amount of drag so expect a fast board down the line and when paddling too. The 8’6 x 30.5″ should also carve better in those waves above shoulder high as the… Read more »
