Glassy… but not as glassy as you think!

Anthony Maltese is smashing the SUP surfing videos at the moment, with one posted almost every other day! His latest surf blog sees him get some glassy ones…. apart from the small backwash wave that is produced by cliffs and steep sided beaches. If you’ve surfed a break with a back wash like this you’ll know that it’s not that easy to get your timing and balance right with a small bump coming over your wave. In Anthonys latest videos he’s surfing this wave, but it’s not until its clean and glassy you can really see the bump. And it only makes the lip smacking more interesting when you get the timing right!
