Jeffrey Spencer is definitly a new kid to be watching over the coming years. We featured a video of him and his brother SUP surfing on a hydro foil out in Maui last week. But take that hydro foil off and this kid has a solid surfing style, especially as he is only 15 years old! We’re sure we’ll be seeing more action from this new SUP ripping grom real soon…
