We all SUP for many different reasons. Whether it be for fitness, for fun, for adventure or for a bit of competition, there’s no doubt that getting afloat with a SUP is good for our mental wellbeing. The fresh air, steady horizon, and escapism it provides, helps us focus our minds. It’s a medicine in itself.
