Seeing a beautifully shot SUP film off a tropical island chain is great and nice to see. But is it possible for most of us to achieve? Probably not! The release of the short documentary SUPrise is a breath of fresh air in the SUP world. A real world SUP documentary thats achievable for most paddleboarders. Five guys, five iSUPs, loads of camera kit and a thirst for an adventure. Set in the south of France the group of friends paddle different locations over a week… Les gorges du verdon, les calanques de Cassis and the Ardèche river. Put good food and lots of laughs in the mix too and you are on to a good SUP trip.
Europe has a huge area to be paddled and doing a road trip like the guys did is a fantastic way to paddle very different spots over a week trip. So what are you waiting for? Get planning!
