SUPBIKERUN… a new breed of triathlon involving a 3K SUP, 30K MTB and 5K Trail Run. Three events are planned for 2015, each set within different National Parks around the country and each presenting a different challenge.
SUNDAY 17TH MAY, WIMBLEBALL LAKE, EXMOOR NATIONAL PARK, SOMERSET | EVENT #02
First up in the 2015 events calendar is Wimbleball Lake. Set in the rolling hills of the West country in the stunning Exmoor National Park, with its steep valleys and purple heather… this event could possibly be one the toughest this year. The surrounding trails and facilities of Wimbleball Lake are perfect for #supbikerun. This is certainly not one to miss with plenty of lakeside camping, excellent facilities and tasty on-site catering.

I would really love to compete in the sup, bike, run event but the £60 admission fee is too high for me. I’ve been paddle boarding on & off for a couple of years on my husband’s board. Please let me have a free place!
I’m Ollie Edkins, I have only started paddle boarding this year in the Naish N1SCO circuit. Did my first race at the battle of the Thames this year. However, I am a fit person and are good at running and cycling and want to improve my SUP, so this Sounds like a great race for me!
I’m Rich Pearce, been SUPing a year. I’d be massively keen – pretty average at SUP/biking and running but might just be able to string them all together reasonably!
