Can you do a comparison video between Honu Bondi, Starboard Surf deluxe and the Tripstix All around?

Great suggestion Alfred. We have an iSUP surf test coming out on SUPboarder PRO so keep an eye out for that.

Will the NRS 8’4 Whip be a part of that test? I know that is primarily a whitewater boat but I’m looking for something capable of class 2-3 WW and small/mid ocean surf.

Unfortunately it is not part of the test. I can see that it could work out in the surf though. The nose has a slight lift which is good for catching waves, the twin fin will help with speed down the line and shape promotes good tracking and stability. I can definitely see this as a crossover board for your needs. Hope this helps!

It does. Thank you for your quick response, I had the same thoughts but I’m definitely no expert so I’m glad you agree. I’m going to give it a try.

Hi. Can you recommend any sup for surfing if my weight is 100-110 kilo? I live on a baltic sea and sometimes there small waves and I think sup will be the only option to surf here but all the sups for surfing I see is for maximum 95 kilo.
Also wanted to ask, is it possible to use sup for surfing if for example sea is calm and there is no waves?

I do know Honu have a new iSUP coming out soon, but unsure of the sizes yet.. The older ,thicker Starboard surf could be good https://sup.star-board.com/2022-paddle-board-range-archive/2022-surf-inflatable/ this board would be just about ok at 110kg. Really good board too!

yes you can paddle theses boards on flat water but you will be better on longer boards 9’+ for this.
