What we say
The Icon range has been developed to be the most stable beginner iSUP on the market. Starboard have designed catamaran style stabilisers on the edge of the board both on the top and bottom to increase stability. The higher rails on the top of the board give you a lower centre of gravity when paddling, and the ‘concave’ shape underneath provides unparalleled balance.
A truly innovative design, the Starboard Icon is best suited to beginner riders, first time paddlers and those looking for more stability from an iSUP – whether that be as a heavier rider, or someone searching for more confidence when paddling in bumpier conditions.
The range has been based from the iGO and Touring models (Starboard’s best sellers) and adapted to make getting on the water even easier for all types of paddlers.

Pros: The stability is unparalleled. The tracking is fantastic. Well designed and constructed. Long lasting and durable. Best value for money.

What the brand says
“The First Inflatable Board With Concaves In The Market”
The concave shape on the deck allows you to stand closer to the water for more control, and the catamaran style hull creates further stability.
The thick rails around the 4.75” standing area provide you with secondary stability in choppy conditions and give you a ridge to place your feet against if necessary.
This new technology has been applied on your all-time favorite shapes: iGO and Touring.
