Trip Itinerary
Day 1: Into the Current
- Meet and park at Headwaters Adventure Co. in Redding
- Transport to Bonneview Fishing Access
- Paddle ~13 miles to Rooster Flat (lunch on the water)
- Gear delivered to Berensini Winery
- Shuttle to the vineyard for camp setup among the vines
- Private wine tasting with Burnsini Winery
- Private dinner under the stars by Chef Ed Soliven
Day 2: Paddle & Explore
- Start the day with organic coffee and breakfast
- Return to the river for a 12-mile paddle (lunch on the water)
- Arrive at Massacre Flats near Bend, CA
- Camp along the riverbank
- Explore local hiking trails and scenic riverfront
- Sunset dinner and campfire vibes
Day 3: Final Push
- Early rise, organic coffee and hearty breakfast
- Paddle 18 miles on the final stretch (lunch on the water)
- Celebrate the full 44 mile journey
- Shuttle and gear transport back to Headwaters Adventure Co.
- Depart from Redding with stories for a lifetime
Logistics
- Location: Upper Sacramento River, CA
- Group Size: Limited to 10 paddlers max
- Skill Level: Intermediate (some experience on moving water recommended)
