The Black Project GBSUP National Championships will be held this Sunday, September 29th, at the stunning Bewl Water in the UK. A condensed race format will see exciting racing that includes Technical and Distance racing, fun Sprints and junior divisions.
Entries are still open for this year’s Black Project GBSUP National Championships which are being held on Sunday, September 29th, at the stunning Bewl Water.
The Super Sunday will feature a distance and tech race for adults, juniors, and our novice class, the Challenge Tour. We also have a dedicated junior plan for our younger paddlers just starting out. Following the competitive action, we’ll have a fun-filled atmosphere with the Go With the Flo Step Back Challenge for charity and some fun and exciting sprints to wrap up the day.
Championship placings will be taken from our competitive Adult and Junior fleets across the adult open and age groups, plus our junior 12-15 and 16-17 classes. Championship positions will be taken from a combined points score for the Distance and Tech race results, with our highest-scoring paddlers taking the podium places. The overall title and crowing of our British National Champions for 2024 will be taken from the Men’s and Ladies’ 14′ Hardboard Open fleet.
