Interesting point about looking up. Im awful at looking at the nose of my board, either when its choppy and trying to maintain balance or when i’m trying to look where i’m placing the paddle. I’m also lacking lower body drive in my stroke so to hear they’re interlinked is really helpful. Great video series.
