This October Active360 are running a week of SUP adventure on the beautiful island of Sardinia, if you’re quick you could be part of it.
Active360 are running a one week trip starting on 23rd October to Sardinia which will give paddlers a mix of coastal exploration including caves and downwind paddling. There will also be opportunities for SUPball and surfing with swell usually around on one side of the island through October. Coaching can be arranged if required so the trip will work for all levels of paddler.
Based on San Pietro’s Island, small and beautiful with a great variety of coastland. There are sandy beaches in the South and rocky cliffs with caves in the north. We partner with Diana and Mario of SUPadventures who run a school on the Island and can provide equipment. Wetsuit hire is also available.
The hotel Paola Carloforte is family run and set high up with panoramic views and large outdoor terraces so ideal for chilling out and reading. Great food, coffee and wine everywhere you go and as it will be off season the service is always good and fast. Although there will be very few tourists there the on town Carloforte is still lively enough with locals.
The sea will be close to 20c and air temp similar, ideal also for snorkelling and swimming.
For more details see the Active360 Website.
Looks good… downwind paddling and can explore caves, plus opportunities to surf as well, pretty cool!!
