Southern California has been a driving force and central focus in the global development of the sport, with many of the major industry players residing and operating on its shores and a significant population of stand up paddlers local to the area.
The Huntington Beach Pro is back on the 17th – 22nd September, except this time as a Grand Slam, featuring both Stand Up World Tour Surfing and World Racing Series events, as the world’s best from over 18 countries worldwide will descend upon Southern California for one of the pinnacle events of the 2013 season.
Surf City USA will witness some of the most progressive Stand Up Paddling to date, as the world’s best will put it all on the line for the event, the US Trilogy and points towards the World Titles. Watch the event live here at the Waterman League
