Starboard Foils unveils its most advanced, yet most intuitive range to date. Engineered to cover every foiling discipline, the 2026 lineup seamlessly spans surf, freestyle, downwind exploration and high-speed racing across prone, SUP, wing and windsurf foiling.
At the heart of this evolution is a powerful collaboration. Led by founder and chief designer Tiesda You, and developed alongside world-class naval architect and America’s Cup foil engineer Martin Fischer, key shapes have been refined using the groundbreaking 7000x Auto-Optimisation process.
The result? A true step-change in efficiency, control and glide.
“I was skeptical when Martin Fischer explained the process, but when I tried the wings on the water, I was blown away. The process not only works, but it’s a leap. There will be a time before and after this milestone.”
— Tiesda You
Beyond performance, the range is built around the UCS (Universal Connection System), giving riders fully modular freedom to mix, match and precisely tune their setup. Designed as a simple, strong and streamlined assembly standard, UCS delivers a stiffer, more refined connection — and as an open standard, it aims to unify the industry much like USB-C did for electronics.
