Naish is about to release its Ultralight Shell Composite Construction (SCC) which delivers a hollow, foam-free carbon structure that maximises stiffness, reduces weight, and provides instant feedback. The result is less swing weight, faster lift-offs, and ultimate control on the water—built for riders who want pure connection, pure response, and next-level performance.
Will has tried it and said
“The hollow construction is extremely light and stiff and I can understand it has the potential to be stronger and more durable. During a short session my impressions were that it felt easy to paddle up onto foil but it wasn’t the most stable board for its width. Â Hopefully we get to test this some more in the future to really explore these first impressions.”
