Located at our headquarters in Thailand, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where your efforts directly impact the brand’s success and growth. The expected Start date is January 2025 and relocation to Thailand is fully supported for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop cohesive marketing strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and creative teams.
• Manage the creation and execution of both online and offline campaigns, maximizing brand presence and engagement.
• Organize events and trade shows, ensuring exceptional coordination and execution.
• Oversee budget allocation, campaign analysis, and performance metrics to ensure ROI and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with media, athletes, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the sports brand sector.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for water sports and an understanding of the sports equipment industry is a plus.
• Graphic design skills are a plus.
